Richard Hatfield is the Parish Manager. He is a Jo'burger through and through, having been born in Sydenham and brought up in Oaklands.
He is an engineer(metallurgical) by training (he spent 35 years in the manufacturing industry) and a DIY enthusiast of necessity.
He's married to Pat. They have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren.
After 35 years of playing league, he still believes squash is good exercise (for the mind and body).
